The Lead Vault is intended to reduce reliance on email notifications. However, no online system can guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, complete protection against unauthorised access or recovery from every technical incident.
Clients are responsible for:
- Maintaining secure administrator accounts and passwords
- Limiting access to authorised team members
- Maintaining suitable hosting, backups and security controls
